What if my address is incomplete or incorrect?

Orders returned to us due to incomplete, incorrect, or unclaimed addresses are not refundable for original or return shipping costs.
If you’d like us to resend the package, a new shipping fee will apply.
What happens if my package is lost?
If your tracking shows no update for several days, please first contact your local post office or delivery courier to initiate a search request.

Do I have to pay customs, duties, or taxes?
For international orders, customs duties and taxes are determined by your country’s authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
These charges typically range from 10–20% for duties and 20–30% for VAT, depending on your country and order value.
Glow Modesty does not collect these fees in advance.
If a package is refused due to unpaid duties, a refund will be issued excluding original and return shipping fees once the item is received back.
