What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached.

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or a store credit if you prefer.


Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! We offer size and colors exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, the item must be in perfect condition with all tags attached.


What items cannot be returned or exchanged?

All items marked down 50% off or more are considered final sale and ineligible for a refund or exchange.

We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Final sale or bundle items

  • Items that are worn, washed, altered, or missing original tags or packaging


What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Every piece is carefully inspected before shipping.

However , If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at glowmodesty.contact@gmail.com, and our team will assist you promptly.


How do I start a return process?

Include your order number and a brief note explaining the reason for your return.

Step 2: Our team will review your request and reply with the return instructions and address.

Step 3: Once you ship your item, please send us the tracking number by email so we can monitor the return.

Step 4: After we receive and verify your item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method or provide a store credit, based on your preference.

You’ll receive email updates at every step until your return is completed.
