RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

While we’re sure you’ll love what you’ve ordered, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts.

1/ Order Cancellations:

Glow Modesty only accepts order cancellation requests within a 24-hour window starting from the moment your order is placed. To place an order cancellation request, please reach out via email at glowmodesty.contact@gmail.com or via the website chat.

2/ Returns Policy:

Glow Modesty accepts refunds & cash back. Glow Modesty offers size exchanges and returns for store credit. In the case of a return for store credit, cash or exchange for a different size, please fill out the return request form HERE to begin the process. If you receive your piece and decide you love another one more, you can return the item only if it is unworn, unsoiled, undamaged, with all tags attached in new condition within 15 days of delivery for a store credit valued at the cost of the item (shipping not included in the refund amount). Return shipment must be shipped back in the original packaging, including the cardboard box that the item was originally shipped in. In this case, the cost of shipping the item back for store credit is the responsibility of the client. If returned packages get lost on the way back to us, Glow Modesty is not liable for them and customers will not receive their exchange/store credit.

TRACKING must be provided within 15 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY to be eligible for return for store credit, cash back or size exchange. No store credit, cash back or size exchange will be issued if the tracking is provided later than 15 days after delivery.

ATTENTION FOR US CUSTOMERS: Return packages should be shipped with USPS, UPS , FedEx, DHL…as other mail carriers may incur shipping errors and processing delays.

All return shipments should be returned to our following address in Canada;

Return shipping fees and government taxes if applicable are the responsibility of the customer.

If shipments are refused due to customs fees, not picked up, or otherwise “returned to sender,” the shipments are not returned to us; they are disposed of at an international mail carrier facility. In the instance of a refusal of a package and non-payment of customs fees, as we only issue store credit upon receipt of the item, we cannot and will not be issuing a replacement or store credit, as we did not receive the item because it was destroyed at an international mail carrier facility. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, you must collect the package, paying all applicable customs fees, and then ship it back with paid and tracked postage to ensure it reaches us safely.

IMPORTANT:

Refunds exclude shipping fees, as these charges are paid directly to the courier company. Only the cost of the item will be refunded unless the issue is due to an error on our part.

In an effort to keep our business sustainable, we do not accept bracketing shopping. If you require assistance with sizing, please contact us, and we would be more than happy to help. We also accept size exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Orders suspected of being bracketing shopping may be cancelled at our discretion.

3/ Exchanges:

If you receive your piece and decide the size isn't perfect for you, you can return the item unworn, unsoiled, with all tags attached in new condition within 15 days of delivery, and a different size of the same style will be sent back to you when the original item is delivered. Return shipment must be shipped back in the original packaging, including the cardboard box that the item was originally shipped in. Size exchanges are dependent on the availability of the dress in question in the size in question. In the event of a size exchange request where the size requested is not available, a store credit or cash will be issued. The cost of shipping the item back in order to receive a different size is the responsibility of the client.

Please note that a tracking number for the return shipment must be provided within 15 days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange. Please note that only one exchange is allowed; any further request for exchange can be refused at the discretion of the company.

Damages:

Our team personally checks each piece for quality control and packs each piece with care before shipping them out to you. Receiving a damaged piece is highly unlikely. If damage occurs during transit, please email glowmodesty.contact@gmail.com for assistance.

4/ Shipping Policy:

Glow Modesty ships worldwide. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If you would like to change the shipping address after the order has been placed, you can email us at glowmodesty.contact@gmail.com. Changes to the shipping address must be requested within 24 hours after the order is placed, and the order must not have been shipped out yet.

Import Fees:

Any customs/import fees or duties are the customer's responsibility. Orders shipping outside of Canada may be subject to import fees, customs fees, taxes, etc., that are put in place by the recipient country. These fees are the responsibility of the client.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping to all destinations will be calculated at checkout.

Your order will be shipped via USPS if shipping to a US address, Chitchats if shipping to a Canadian address, and USPS International if shipping to an international address.

Transit Times:

  • US addresses: Approximately 3-5 business days (not including possible delays)

  • Canadian addresses: Approximately 7-14 business days (not including possible delays)

  • Other international addresses: Approximately 10-20 business days (not including customs times and possible delays)

Tracking will be provided for every order and will be sent to you by email once the order is shipped.

If you need the item for a specific date and would like to purchase expedited shipping, please email glowmodesty.contact@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist.

Pre-Orders:

The ship-by date of pre-order items will be listed in the item description itself. Once shipped out, the transit times will be as listed above. Please note that the ship-by date in the listing description is an estimate, not a guarantee. If the threshold for pre-orders is not met within the pre-order period, Glow Modesty reserves the right to refund and cancel pre-orders placed.

5/ Sales Policy:

Sales, promotions, and discounts cannot be combined. Coupon codes cannot be applied to items that are discounted as part of a promotion. Price reductions and sale prices cannot be retroactively applied to purchases made prior to the sale period. Purchases placed during sales cannot be returned for store credit, only for size exchange (subject to availability).
